Georgina Richards Artistic Blacksmith

I’m a full time blacksmith with my work including making gates, railings, furniture, lighting and sculptures. All pieces are design, forged and fitting by me with the clients personal style expressed in each item. I always take inspiration from the natural beauty around me and try to create movement and lightness in a solid material, I feel there is a femininity in my work which balances the masculinity rigidity of the material. I’m always trying to improve and develop my skills and branch out into different styles as I see details in things around, that inspire me.
